I don't hate him. I just know that this country has survived some very good presidents and some very bad presidents for over 200+ years. That is because of our constitution and core values. I am not in favor of changing those things, but I think Obama is.

I agree 100%. Obama wants to change this country, and I don't think it is for the good. He wants change... so what country does America look like after it is changed?

Do I want Obama to fail? Well, I hope government healthcare fails. I hope attempts at bigger government and more regulation fails. I hope tighter gun control fails. I hope tax increases (says he's for cuts, but we all know he will raise taxes) fails. I hope his next multi-billion dollar bill chocked full of ear-marks and wastefull spending fails. I hope his policies on abortion fails. I hope his plans to release Gitmo detainees into America fails. I could go on and on....

I wish he would come up with some policy that I could support because nobody really wants their president to fail. However, I choose my country first and not the success/failure of some president. If his faillure means that the USA dosn't change for the worst, so be it.

Yeah, all those fears of socialism are just right wing nut jobs. In socialist countries, the government owns the heavy industries (like, say, auto manufacturers), banks, hospitals, and so forth. No free-market worries, when the gov't 'regulates' who can borrow, who directs finance, what will be built, price controls, energy, etc. etc.

I don't know about "socialistic national heath care", but I'd like some better OhShoot health care.

I pay $3,600/year which gives me the right to pay another $5,000/year before insurance kicks in the first dime, plus another $2,500 outta my pocket after that.

And I'm not in bad health, or couldn't afford insurance at all.

So, I don't much care what you call it, but could use a more affordable plan, eh?

And no, I didn't vote for O either - but almost any kind of additional "failure" right now is going to hasten Very Bad Things on a national level.
