Did you do anything to prep before putting the REN wax on?

I used to use gun scrubber but I’m out.  I removed the grips and wiped it down with a microfiber cloth then applied the wax with my finger.  Buffed it off with a clean microfiber.  Gonna do a couple more this weekend.

Nice to see a dream come true.  And such a great weekend for it.

Still has a gorgeous finish on it.  If it were mine, I would take off that cylinder release and wipe the smudge between it and the back of the cylinder wall (Obsessive Cleaning Disorder of mine)
