Pleasant and fast response from the ATF today

Must be an anomaly. Everything I submit to them comes back abnormally fast. Form 1, 4 and 5320.20.

My SBR eform 1 took 57 days, basically all summer. It’s only my second tax stamp, my first being a can I bought 7 years ago.

After 386 days I called the atf to see what was going on with my form 4. The lady that answered politely told me nothing. I asked her is it still sitting on someone’s desk never touched this whole time. She just replied yes. 2 weeks later I get the call that my stamp is in. I’m sure me calling did nothing to speed it up but it was still funny

Been 10 months and I’m still waiting on a Form 4. Good thing they didn’t make millions of Americans felons and bury their staff for generations by unilaterally changing their rules out of nowhere.

I've had two F4s approved in the last few weeks. One at 294 days and the other at exactly 300. Their shouldn’t even be a BGC on what is essentially a muffler.
