This was purchased and built by myself a few years back. The first time at the range, it would fire maybe 2-3 times and not go into battery. I had to use the forward assist. I looked and the charging handle seemed to be binding, they sent me a new one and its still does the same thing. I am thinking it may be an issue with the upper, but just won't mess with this one anymore, PSA lower, 223/556. It may take very little to get this one right, but it may be more than that. Durkin Tactical seems to be responsive to warranty issues, but I just don't want to dissemble the gun again, so I'm trying to pass it on cheaply for the guy who can fix it.
