He set a school record for the highest number of points scored in a NCAA Tourney.

His average points per game was 4.5 for the season.

It was weird watching a number 15 seed stay close and lead for the majority of the game, but as always, it is the score at the end that matters. Thanks God.

OK, everyone that plays Memphis has absolutely nothing to loose and everything to gain. They are going to bring their best game (as MSU should), However, this team reminds me of the 70's teams...all you need to watch is the last 5 minutes and you will have seen the game! LOL!

True dat. Bad thing was that their defense, which is usually is what kills their opponents......sucked.

We actually ordered pizza, and watched the game online in our conference room at work. One of the pluses of having the vast majority of our engineers be both sports nuts and U of M grads. It was definately tense there for a few minutes. Hell, at one time they showed our three point stat was 8 for 23. What the hell. Oh well, we won.

I bet he just showed them the tape and they saw how pathetic they looked and how they got spanked by a lesser team. Then pointed out how athletic they are and that is the only way they pulled it out in the end. Then also pointed out that this will be their last game if they continue.
