Dissent happening now that by passing this bill, would further define having a rifle or shotgun and a box of shells in the same area would be more prohibitive than what the current law states.

Some of these guys need to actually read the bill before they start asking questions and twisting statements so that it can be discussed at a later date. Loaded long guns in a vehicle for instance.

Actually, its "rolled to the HEEL of the calendar," meaning to the end of the calendar. Typically, this is a maneuver to grant extra time for review and consideration of a bill in order to develop an informed position prior to the vote.
