Carry permit

I think I know the answer but I’m going to ask anyway. I just noticed that my permit expired in February. I have been in and out of hospital lately. I was in rehab in February. Do I have to go back through the whole thing again. Thanks in advance.

If you have the former Handgun Carry Permit, HCP, now known as the Enhanced Carry Permit, ECP, you have up to 8 years to renew before you would need to take the class over.  You have some restrictions on where you can carry until you receive your new permit.

Thanks chances R. That’s good news for an old man. Now I just need to go through my mail stacked up. To find my paperwork.
