I have an AAC SDN6-762. With AAC going under and their muzzle devices being harder to come by, I’ve decided to send my suppressor to ECCO and have them retrofit it with either the Q plan B and run a cherry bomb or a keymo mount. While the cost is a factor, it’s roughly $250ish for them to retrofit the can, I don’t plan on doing it twice. With that said, which do you guys prefer and why? Thanks for the help, I’m not quite as well versed in mounting systems as I’d like to be and I have to mail it to them by 5/18 so just doing my research to figure out what would be best. My intended uses are for an Ar and and Ak but I also shoot a ruger precision 6.5 and I want one that can be swapped around with the least amount of POI shift.

My recommendation would be Keymo. With its wider adoption in the industry you will have a much lower likelihood of experiencing the same sort of issue you are having now in the future. it will also give you greater choices of cans should you decide to acquire more.

The Q plan b is not a true quick detach system, but it does keep the threads clean. I have no experience with the keymo mount, so I can't give you a honest opinion on that mount.

Can they thread the can for 1.375x24? It seems like that is becoming an industry standard.  Then you could choose between several mounting systems.  Also, check out Dead Air's Xeno mount system.

No personal experience with keymo but if weight is a concern than Id go Plan B. Much lighter. Minimal POI shift as well, even with different suppressors. Just my personal experience. Rearden MFG and Liberty Precision also make similar "plan b" mounts and muzzle devices
