Wow, and a ROEO 2 red dot no less....

My VISA card thanks you for posting this.

I am resisting the urge to buy a ROMEO2 for my P320.  The review that Sage Dynamics did on the optic is excellent.

I was hoping the top end fit a standard x frame so it would just be a matter of getting the slide and barrel, but with a 45 takedown it must use its own grip module.

Have 10’s already. so hard sell for me if it’s proprietary and can’t use with my other 320 bits. Look forward to seeing the details and level of modularity.

I like the built in rear sight. Hope the price comes down some though.

Wouldn't it have to be a larger frame since the 10 and .45 are so much longer than a 9mm? Think it will share the same fire control group? At least that way you don't have to buy a whole new "gun". The modularity of the Sig line intrigues me, but not enough to move away from the Glock platform which I am wholly committed to.

I surmised they are not the same.  That’s why I mentioned the takedown, it implies different grip module (320 speak for what’s traditionally the frame). I think they are wider but I never bought into the 45 version of the 320 due to it being there of man out to verify that. he they can reuse the fcu is curious, likely just thicker module.

Did it need  to be that way though?  Given Sig is more about marketing and selling, Is venture not, but on the other hand, the poly on a Large frame glock seems stouter than the 320s

Like you, misses out on the modularity to make me consider it.  I’m good with my G20C and G21C with their ability to share if i’m feeling like a plastic 10mm day. Though prefer the Gen3 S&Ws most times.
