For real! Dang, I'm sitting here reading through this nice Power Point presentation then all of a sudden I see some dude's feet all shot up, bone and all.....

It just said, "Speer 180 Gold Dot". They mushroomed, but didn't penetrate. I know I've been out of the firearms game for awhile, but geez!

it said later in the ppt that they were hollow point.

shot placement seems to be the issue here. they just shot him in the hip and ass a lot. seems that the 3 officers could have gotten better position as the single gunman reloaded his mag from a box of loose ammo
