This is a Gen1 Vortex strike eagle 4-24x50 30mm main tube,Second Focal Plane, MOA scope, with the EBR-4 illuminated reticle. comes with 30mm medium height rings, box, sunshade, and bikini cover. I have lost the manual, I am sure you can get that from vortex website if needed.
