Glock Gen 5 Trigger Upgrade—Everyone is out!!

So I finally decide on an Agency Arms Glock trigger for my Gen 5 Glock 19 and nobody has them. No luck on Zev triggers either. Pyramid triggers are somewhat available however I know nothing about them. Crazy times still!  Timney competition triggers are available but I don’t want a 3.5 pound trigger pull on my carry gun  

Never would have expected the trigger market to be stretched so thin

Wow.  I went to eBay thinking surely the sellers that I've bought from before have these in stock and... NOPE.  What a weird thing for there to be a shortage of across the spectrum of manufacturers.

Trybe has a flat faced trigger available for the gen 5s, they're pretty decent, its not an Agency or an Apex, but they're still good triggers IMO.

Good to know. I’m really working on being patient and get an Agency Arms when they are available again. 
 

If Timney offered a carry option with a trigger pull above 3.5 lbs I would try one.

The fact Timney isn't drop-safe pretty much prevents me from considering it, which is a shame-it's supposed to be a great trigger.

I wanted to mix things up and try something other than the Zev Pro curved face trigger that I've been using in my G19 for a few years.    I bought one of the Tyr triggers from Glockmeister via eBay and honestly like it better than the Zev trigger.  It's more of a flat face trigger with a slight protrusion at the bottom to keep your finger aligned on the blade.

I remember when Damon at SSVI first came out with the Tyr trigger and thought it looked cool.  I guess he's sold the design to Glockmeister and they're producing them now.

Ordering a Tyr trigger now. To all, thanks for the feedback. I plan to try the Agency Arms on my old Gen 3 17 model. Plenty of triggers available for Gen 3 models.
