I own 3 GT knives, the first one I bought probably 5 years ago, and the most recent maybe 3 years ago.  Each one that I bought was more finally crafted than the previous, but these are absolutely beautiful.  I use at least one or more nearly daily.  May be time to pick up another soon.

I’ve got a bunch of his knives. I’ve watched the quality go from pretty decent to the absolutely masterful in nature. It’s been a cool part of the collecting.

Yes, and just to be clear, there isn't anything at all with the earlier ones, the greatness was just improved upon.  I use my first one as much as any of them.

How many I have is a matter of wife's discretion...some were "bought for her."

I do have some beautiful examples of DLB's work though. Earlier models mostly. Just haven't been fast enough to snag any recently.
