Are you looking for a Folder for EDC or fixed blade? I purchased a CIVIVI Vexer last Spring in D2 and it's been my constant pocket buddy since I got it. Great quality for a China knife.  Price was right too.  Check them out at www.smkw.com or www.civivi.com.

Huge fan of Toor Knives.  Fixed and folding.  Ex spec op Raiders started the company.  Pricey but insanely sharp , tough, and super well designed.

Civivi is a great option for an inexpensive folder. For a battle belt knife...so many to choose from. Check out the sites mentioned above plus bladehq.com. Any fixed blade in 3V steel is excellent for hard use.

The EDC will get many good responses. As for a fixed battle blade, contact Grand Torino here on the forum. He'll make you a custom to your specifications for a very fair price. I've bought several of his builds and had a commissioned camp knife that is phenomenal.

Good knife for edc and one for battle belt . I’m looking for knife that is good and can be find at deal, thanks . I’m in Nashville

I won't belittle Grand Torino's knives by calling them a "deal." They are quality pieces that GT offers to us at a fair price. I believe I remember his stating once these were origionally just a hobby. But as I see it, it has progressed beyond that to a retired man's new job. His work and quality exceed the pricing he gives us all.

As the owner of a dozen, I can say this for certain. I can't speak from a knowledgeable knife collectors viewpoint...just as a person who appreciates the works of this good man.

The Spyderco PM2 is the best folding EDC ever made - full stop. It’s the Glock 19 of knives.

Find one in m390.  Mod it with whatever scales fit your fancy.  Strop it to keep It sharp.

I have been using benchmade knives for my EDC for years. They had their PR issue a couple years ago but the knives have been great.

For fixed I would do the ESEE 4.

I have carried Spyderco's for 30 years for EDC, carrying their ParaMilitary 2 currently. My "battle belt" knife when I was on active duty was a Randall model 14 Attack. That Randall has served me faithfully here and overseas since the mid 80's - pricey up front but they last forever.

I say knives are like women all have the good qualities, but what one person likes is different from another.  Find what you like blade style handle, and again quality and that doesn't mean break the bank right tool right job I carry a 20 dollar knife at work so when I destroy it I don't care.  My EDC is a spyderco Karambit.  Some great knives above and great advise.
