I spent two hours on the phone this morning to a Dish Network CS rep who lives in the Philipines.  She told me that what I was describing could not possibly happening.  

Then..... I read this trail.

Folks, Customer Service in this great country is dead, dead, dead.

I can't disagree. I work in product support and the questions from customers and CSRs will make you fall out of your chair.

A friend had the same thing happen with his Audi. So he FaceTime'd with the engineers in Germany to show them he wasn't wrong. They spent 3 months working on it and eventually just replaced the entire electrical system.
