Might be most important bill of the session.  Sen. Kerry Roberts is the Senate Sponsor.  This will provide protection from up-charging by DAs attempting to make bank on prosecutions.  Would prevent a Rittenhouse situation in TN.

A lot of pushback from DAs across the State.  I have to keep asking them, did anybody do anything to the prosecutor in the Rittenhouse case?

I keep hearing a lot about an "Ethical" duty to do what this bill would statutorily require, but not a single DA can show me where it exist.
