Hamilton Place Mall: go in through Sears or other anchor store. No signs.

Well a sign like that woldn't seem to comply with 39-17-1359 then as far as being posted in prominent locations, including all entrances primarily used by persons entering the building or containg language substantially similar to 39-17-1359

well, they are on both entrances, but the typing is so dang small you really have to be looking for it.

That's another reason I stopped reading signs, so much crap on those windows, This and that on sale, hours of operation, the name of the store, blah blah blah, I just don't read them at all anymore.

that reminds me of a question, The movie theater up here has a sign on the door that reads something like "weapons are prohibited from this building and the premesis" It is also at the Hamilton Place Mall. So, if I am doing errands around town and am carrying and decide to go to the mall or a movie... do I have to go home and disarm first?

Never seen any Carmikes posted here, and I go nearly every week, and of coarse I'm packing heat!

mainly talking about the 3 dollar theater on the back of the mall. I did put mine in the car at that one mainly due to the fact that their security is 2 cops (one of which I kinda know...he was one of my instructors in Police academy). Usually when I go somewhere where I am not sure I am allowed to carry, such as a restaurant, I put it in the diaper bag...Ahh, the joys of having little boys!!!

I avoid the malls at all costs, but from what I hear about Hickory Hollow, you are likely the only one not carrying if you leave it home.

..and if you are, the only one legal!
