Fun fact, 

The 30 rnd mags are actually 50 rounders. If you disassemble the mag and remove the spacer you now have a 50 rnd mag.

Its a Gen 3, the brown factory box is a giveaway along with the newer serial #. Yeah you can buy the plate on Amazon To make it a 50 round mag that's what I did with mine
