ATF Pistol Brace Rules????

Does anyone know if the updated 2021 ATF Pistol Brace rules have gone into effect?  I can't for the life of me figure out where we are on this garbage.  Asking for a friend.

I don’t think anybody really knows what they’re doing, least of all the ATF.

my personal view is a person is not bound by unjust laws. cannot recall who said that to give credit but it wasn't me.

My brother texted me the other day from his FFL meeting with the ATF at the Shot Show and said new rules on 80% firearms are due around July, pistol braces due in August.   He didn't come away with any clue as to what they will do.
