S&W new model 9mm

9mm, SAO, 10 & 12rd mags. Not really released yet. A shop got one in on their normal stock shipment, they think it was shipped by mistake.  

Called CSX, like the railroad. Slide release is ambi but not the safety.

Might even be a prototype, based on the awful looking trigger appearance.

As a Smith fan...I must say it does look interesting. Sort of like a Shield with a fat butt.  bobsgun is right about the trigger though. Sort of reminds me of a Star or a Llama trigger.

So it's a polymer 938, Micro9, 911 that takes shield plus mags. 

Someone will be along shortly to say it'll never sell and the market is saturated etc.

That’s an interesting way to debut a new product. A LOT of advertising for only the price of shipping one item.

Sort of like a football trick play. It’ll probably work once or twice.

Reminds me of a polymer framed 1911, without the grip safety. A Star PD comes to mind.
