While I was awaiting my discharge back in 1986, I worked the Toys For Tots drive at the local Marine Reserve Station in Kansas City. Although no charity is perfect, I have witnessed the relief on parent's faces when they were able to get their kids a toy for Christmas. To this day the thought of that sight makes me emotional. For this reason this has been a charity to which my wife and I regularly give. This is the first that I've ever issued a "challenge" as I truly believe that giving to charity is a secret between you and God, so forgive me if I'm doing it wrong.

I challenge everyone here to give, if they can, so that underprivileged children get something for Christmas. At the site above you can give money or even select specific toys to donate. You will REALLY give joy to people you don't know this Christmas if you do.
