Which is better 9 mm ammo

My intended use for this ammo is for self defense rounds. SG Ammo has a package of 200 rounds for 289.00 which is high, but I don't have a lot of S D ammo on hand for 9 MM.  I am torn on whether to pay high prices or will ammo come back down later on. The basic difference in these two is bullet weight 124 gr and 147 gr, one is + p, and another is a bonded bullet. Winchester PDX 1 is good ammo.

Edited to add; This is $1.45 per round with free shipping. PLUM HIGH, IMO, but will not break the bank for a 1 time purchase. Many of the pros seem to be going for the 147 +P rounds in 9 MM for Self Defense rounds.  Just wanted your opinions.

Lucky gunner did a nice set of tests using gel blocks a few years back and published the results. Sold me on the Federal HSTs in 124gn.

When  I was LEO, we carried Federal HST. I still  carry it in my personal carry.
