TX & GA, the two states the liberals currently hate the most. As PC as pro sports are, I can't believe they're allowing the World Series to be played where abortion is restricted & voters have to show ID.

I'm very excited for this World Series, love my Braves.  I'm curious though, is MLB gonna move the games out of GA because of voting laws? Bunch of hypocritical peckerwoods

Happy to see the Braves make it back to the WS.

I just wish MLB had any interest in the next generation of fans. 8pm games mean most kids won't see past the 2nd inning. I rarely make it past the 3rd or 4th. 5:30am comes early.

The irony is, MLB moved the All-Star game to Colorado. They have the same (or stronger) voting laws as GA but MLB didn't give a chit about that fact.

Not to poo poo you here but Colorado has demonstrably more access to voting than Georgia. They just have two less in person voting days, which is what all the backlash is about. Almost all of Colorado votes by mail in ballot. Say what you will about that, but it's why there's less in person voting days -- they don't really need them since so few people vote in person. All that aside, Go Braves!

Kinda hard to play the race card in CO considering the demographics.  GA is fertile ground for so-called voter suppression.

Here's hoping they can pull on 1 of 2 in Houston.  Losing Charlie Morton was very evident on Sunday.  Having to play two back to back bullpen games is less than ideal.  Between Ian Anderson and Max Fried we should be able to pull one of these wins.  I'm staying optimistic anyway
