3 hours one way is just to much, thanks for the post.

Yep. Love to go, but about 20 minutes into the drive...I'd be in agony.

I get it. After all, it's NOT mandatory everyone attends........................   😉

The big car show and other things automotive is in Chattanooga this weekend.  The Chattanooga Motorcar Festival is today and Saturday.  Even having a 600 vehicle Mecum auction.  All kinds of cars.

I liked this one just for its simplicity & orginality condition. Not too crazy about the Mad Max wheel nuts though.

For you kids, that's the starter button on the floorboard.

For you kids, yes, that's an AM radio. FM hadn't even been thought about back then & 8-tracks were still down the road.

Love the exhaust mod as well.

An engine *I* had never heard of before. 5.3L GM  engine with a Detroit Diesel blower. I tracked down the owner to ask about the engine size & he explained he wanted something "different" after his last motor blew up on nitrus. LOL!

Cockpit is quite cozy. Looks like a temp sensor on top of the tach?

Didn't get to speak to this owner, sadly. I don't think I've ever seen one of these in person. Way cool design with the outside steps for reaching the top loaded luggage.

Someone certainly had some imagination on this thing. Again, I didn't get to speak to the owner. I wonder what chassis he used?

Honda engine, mostly stock interior.

Didn't see this owner either. I would love to know his investment. Has to be close to $100K. Custom paint, bumpers, decals, lights, winch, etc. 38" tires are probably close to $300 each, maybe more?

As a multiple Jeep owner myself, I like it.
