Just bought one of these this week.  All positive reviews and I must say my initial impression is very positive.  Feels good in the hand, nice balance.  Comes with a decent holster.  Slide cut for optic.  Warren steel sights with FS luminous.  2 changeable backstraps.  Shot very nicely to POA and handled all reloads and cycled flawlessly with HP.  Has a 12 rd and 15rd mag.  Can be had around $400.  Lifetime warranty.  If you have been thinking about it, I don't think you will be sorry.  3.6" barrel, little chunkier than the S&W 1.0 compact which it won't replace but is a nice option.

Caniks are beginning to be very widely accepted. A fine Turkish manufactured handgun.

I've had several and find them to be just about the preferred gun for me. Excellent triggers and ergos are great for me. Rivals easily to my Walthers...and that's saying a lot for me.

Right now Canik is #1 in the best bang for the buck, IMO. They may or may not be as accurate as a CZ (I haven't shot a Canik yet), but the quality is certainly there. I'd take one over a Glock eight days a week.

I love the Canik’s however I’m a Glock fan too… and around here folks are asking as much or more, for a Canik now. I bought a few when they were still cheaper, great shooters.

I just entered the world of Canik and got me a TP9SF. The trigger and trigger-reset is great. The gun feels good , and looks good. I haven't shot it yet , but I am impressed so far.

Bought a Canik in early days was not expecting much but was much better than i thought it would be no misfires or stovepipes  kept as a truck gun

What kind of accuracy are you getting? Say @ 20 yards?

LOL! I've been telling yo guys this for the last couple of years. The Canik line has been largely under-rated and overlooked. But their value is being realized now. Interest and good to great comments have gone way up.

Unfortunately...so have the prices. I bought in the onset. Very happy I did.

Yeah the prices have gone up quite a bit. I saw one at Rural King other day for $799. It was a long slide with a threaded barrel. Trying to find the "One Series" for $299 is just about gone these days.

True. I haven't seen any model at sub 380 pricing.

The gun "shortage" is definitely over. Everywhere I go places are packed full of guns and ammo is nicely stocked. Can't say that for the car and truck situation.
