Some of y’all are going to run out of places to buy Made in the USA based on politics and now irrelevant comments of long dead people.

Ive got some blackhawks and a 10/22 target version which has an excellent trigger. I dont favor his political views. But I bet there is alot of things we buy we dont know the political direction of the parent company. I try not to support most of that

Procter & Gamble would be one. I don't care for most actor's personal political views but I still watch TV and movies. NFL and NBA are out of the question though. Bet most watch SEC sports that support the liberal teaching Colleges. Ford and Chevy are built outside the US gor the most part. Harley Davidson uses more foreign parts than Honda's Goldwing. It's all a crapshoot and as one member put ot on another post if we boycott everyone who doesn't follow our political/religious beliefs we will end up naked living in a cave.

that being said, still pissed at Hornady, will NOT watch Ellen and think Rosie O'Donnell should be publicly flogged. NIKE is banned for life for supporting Kopernick. we all draw the line somewhere. so what does that have to do with bobsguns new Henry?

Congrats bobs, I'm bummed with no pics too. 🙂

Picked up a Henry lever action Sat. .22LR caliber (so I can afford to shoot it), octagon barrel, wood stock, blued steel. But what got me cranked up was it came with a threaded bbl in addition to the octagon shape! I had not seen this combo before then.

With rare exceptions, I lust after every octagon barrel rifle I finger bang. Doesn't matter the caliber, they just make my heart rate go way, way up.

Sadly, it has the usual buckhorn rear sight, which means that won't work for me as the sight picture is inconsistent. So I also picked up some gently used scopes while I was there. I got two Nikons & one Redfield for $250 OTD! Now the only excuse for bad shots will be.............................. me.  😝

Henry still does their lifetime warranty too. Also still made in the USA, which I like.

I do like the Henry I picked up from Hipower. It’s not as octagonal barrel but it is still sweet. This just means I have to get another lever action at some point WITH an octagonal barrel.

Got to admit the thought of a Henry 22 with a threaded barrel does cause my antannee to tingle just a bit. I didn't know that was a thing. Guess I'll be looking now.

24" bbl, threaded as well. I have a 5.7 can so I'll use that one when I need/want to.

Still need to sight the scope in though.

They recently came out with them.

The one I bought was the gun shops first one. We were setting up for the Crossville show & I snatched it right off the table before a price tag even got put on it. LOL!
