Yeah I was checking them out too wenesday on the way out of the store down front.I just want one on those small ones they had,they were white,about the size ofr a desent Microwave...just for my hand guns....seems like it was just alittle over a hundred dollars,im going back Friday to check it out closer,I was in a run the other day,just glanced at them as I was walking by.Something small,I can bolt to my closet floor.

Great to know. Seriously I've been to pretty much every gun store within 30 miles of Nashville and don't get "Warm and Fuzzy" from anyone. I'll definitely drive out to Rivergate and check these guys out. I can't say the same for the guys in Cool Springs.

Well.... was at Cool Springs Academy yesterday buying an "Oklahoma Joes" smoker. Great deal on them right now, BTW. Had to make time to cruise the pistol rack. Don't know if the extra space or lack of inventory but the shelves were sparse. A "Judge" and "Para .45" that caught my eye but no other cool stuff to make me jump.

Perhaps they were cleaned out before the next shipment since last time I was in, there was no room to walk for all the customers lined up into the aisles. Was any of ya'll there to see that?? You'd have thought they were giving away free ammo or something.

I've always loved stopping by academy for ammo, targets, and other accessories. The few times friends or I have purchases a gun at Academy (Cool Springs), however, have been miserable. The crowds and the long waits both time have really soured me (Though they do have great prices on most everything).

We were up there pikcing up a gun and after filling out the 4473 it took another 1.5 hours before we were out of there.
