Update, should be discharged Monday, travel home, 2-3 weeks of inpatient physical therapy.

AJ, of all the things someone can do for another prayer is the highest on the list. God's plans are higher than our plans. Isaiah 55:8-9. Glad to hear the good news about your bride. Prayers will continue.

Update: weakness on left is diminished, just battling dizziness which is a blood pressure issue vs. brain function.

Praying for your wife and you. I've been battling Stage 4 Colon Cancer and Liver Cancer. I know the feeling of prayers. Hang in there and take care of her and yourself, God will bless the both of you.

I just saw this. Sounds like all the prayers have helped (and I do believe they do). That said, you both are in my prayers tonight.

Another update, discharge delayed due to dizziness.

I believe it is her getting used to her new BP meds.

Coreg for new onset AFib and when she stands, BP drops 15-20 points

Thank you for your prayers and positive thoughts, they are powerful.

There is no magic pill given for strokes, healing is through patient participation, the brain creating new neural pathways and the grace and mercy of God.

We have been home for a little over a month and she is doing well, mobile with walker and limited wheelchair. In home therapy, probably out patient week after next.

I've been living Acts 4:30

Father, stretch forth your hand to heal and to perform signs and wonders in the name of your holy servant Jesus.

It's a coincidence or a miracle, I know which one I choose.

A.J, I am glad to hear of her great recovery. I used to use the work coincidence quite a bit, I rarely use it nowadays. I have witnessed too many miracles of God healing folks. That is what we all need to remember, God is still in the healing business!!  Any you my friend said it best, God shows us all his mercy and grace and I pray he continues to give this country His mercy and grace and not his wrath. Keep us updated as we love to hear how our prayers are being answered!!
