Guys:

I noticed there's a new gun shop off of Watt road. Its located about 1/2 a mile west of that big fireworks store. I stopped in and the guys are super nice. Pricing is pretty average. Selection isn't great, but they're builind up. Also, they will special order.

Yessir, Foshee's Tree Service has picked up an FFL and decided to start selling guns.

So, now you can get your trees pruned back from the house and order a nice Puma lever action.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll have to stop in my next trip. It would great to finally have a decent gun shop in your town.

Went in yesterday evening and looked around. Garrel is a nice guy, I did tell them about this site so they may be signing up too.

ouch man, ouch....

Um, I meant shrubbery? Good to have some decent "shrubbery" in Knoxville, yes, that's it, that's the ticket, that's what I meant.

Saw a "GUNS!" sign dangling from a forklift while I was driving down 40 yesterday. I guess that explains that.

What kind of stuff do they have on hand?

Man, I know I hate it when a former lawn-care service provider starts a gun store...

I'll have to check them out tomorrow.

I'd like to know this as well.

They had lots of Glocks, a nice Kahr 40 and 9mm. About 6 showcases with pistols, then a rack of long guns, shotguns...only one AK 47, a Romanian for $620 + tax.

I heard about this place a month or so ago, couldn't find it, didn't see any signs.

Guess I'll have to try again.

Did they stock any ammo?

Yes, he had ammo. Not a huge slection but he had ammo. Look for the bucket trucks for sale. He's in that business Foshee Tree service trucks there too.

I popped by today...spent very pleasant little while looking and chatting with owner, Garell Foshee. Super nice guy, owner of the gun part (son owns rest of biz), started it when he retired a few months ago.

Has mostly new handguns, few long guns, few used guns...might dicker/swap.

Prices on new guns maybe 10% higher than say, Coal Creek...but understandable if you look at respective buying power/size inventory. Anyway, not a terrible selection of Glock, Springfield, Sig, SW (autos/wheelies), etc etc.

Certainly, if Garell has something in stock I wanted that I couldn't get elsewhere, the price diff isn't gonna deter me.

I told him 'bout TGO, encouraged him to join us...

I-40/75 at Watt Rd., frontage road (Hickory Creek) on Eastbound/Northbound side.
