What would be the best source for a nylon type hip holster for this pistol?

Thanks:)

Just check your local gun shops for that. You can find lots of them on line, but then you have to pay shipping. Uncle Mikes, Blackhawk, and several others make suitable field holsters with a generic type fit (i.e.: "4", 6" .22 cal semi-auto") for example. Usually about 10 - 15 bucks.

I bought an Uncle MIke's for about $15, but to be honest, I have never used it. When I go to the range, I keep my normal carry pistol on my hip, and the Ruger .22 just hangs out on the table. It would be awkward to carry them both.
