I got this story in an e-mail from Guns America. It brings up some interesting questions.

Joe wouldn't know smart if it made fun of him in a debate. Just not qualified to comment on the subject.

I would have been much more surprised if he had been subject to prosecution, arrest, etc.  It pays to be the relative of the rich and powerful, regardless of their political persuasion ...
