Well I turn 40 in October and almost to the week my left wrist became unusable. It just hurt like it was broke. If I didn't use it at all the pain would go away only to start again real quick.

Alieve seemed to help a good bit but, if I quit that a day or two the pain was right back.

My doctor x-rayed it and it's not broken and just some kind of joint or tendon deal. Nothing he could do really.

I started taking Ostio-Bi Flex once a day and it's about 90% better. Just wanted to let anyone with another similar joint pain that that stuff did in fact make my wrist usable again.

Darn, I opened this expecting some ubiquitous gun porn from your latest gun store run...

Happy Birthday nonetheless.
