My new to me Kimber

Recommended Posts

large_stainlessultracarry2.jpgI just picked up my first Kimber and my first .45 The previous owner let it go for 700 with an ankle holster and a box of ammo. I thought that was a pretty good deal. Its the Kimber Ultra Carry 2.

Well, was it a good deal or pretty average? The picture isnt mine but it could be.

I would suggest calling Eric at HBE Specialty Leather. He has some nice 1911 holsters ready to ship. He can also custom make any type you want with a pretty quick turnaround. You could also check with Dave at littlebearholsters. His turn around pretty quick to.

That's a beautiful gun. I've had my eye on a Kimber for a couple weeks. Can't decide b/t that and a Para I've seen.

Good choice and congrats!

pretty good deal if the holster was nice

i had a UC2 and it wouldn't feed hollow points, so if you're gonna try to carry them make sure to run lots through it.

it would eat any ball ammo that i fed it though
