I've been thinking about getting a pistol chambered in 7.62x25 for a range toy. It seems like an interesting/fun round and it appears to be fairly plentiful and cheap.

Any opinions on which of these 2 pistols to go with? Seems like both guns can be had for around $200-250 and I really have no idea about either one. Just wanted to get opinions and pros & cons about these two pistols.

CZ52 is a fun C&R gun, pluss you can get a 9mm barrel for it.

The CZ52 is super nice. Just something about it. The TT-33 is Ok, but a decent CZ52 is accurate and so fun to shoot. Can't go wrong with a CZ52 just make sure it's not worn out.

both are excellent for a cheap range gun. One can go out and shoot 300 rounds for the cost of 100. Needs cleaning, but saves money. I have two CZ52, one is incredibly accurate the other shoots low and left. The TOK is right in the center and is always that way. Take your pick. Sometimes I love the CZ and sometime I love the TOK. For fun the choice changes for me.

You can't go wrong with either one for the price.

I like my CZ-52. It's a bit blocky, and not that ergonomic, but it's still fun. I can't hit the broadside of a barn, myself, though.
