Depends on which one you buy and how your rifle is set up.

A Harris going on a rifle with a standard (rounded) forearm and sling swivel mount takes about 20 seconds. I am not familiar with the rifle you stated you would put one on. Describe it or post a pic of the forearm.

Get you a Harris and clamp it on. It has a clamp that spreads when the tension screw is released. They go on each side of the sling swivel mount on the forearm. Tighten the screw down and it pulls downward until the clamp is tight and the forearm of the rifle is tight against the ledge of the bipod. Your done.
