My new Glock

[Wrangler]

I went out today to Franklin Gun and traded in taurus 24/7 pro for my new friend, a Glock 19. Doug there gave me great customer service. I got a great trade in and a the glock was at a great price. Because of Doug I will be going back there every time I need a new gun, gunsmithing, or ammo. Tomorrow will be the first shooting. Can't wait!

Fine weapon. I've been sorely tempted to pick up a second Glock 19 to keep on hand as a spare. You never know when you might need another and they do tend to get lonely.

the g19 is a great gun. glocks in all are hard to beat.

Congrats on getting a GLOCK over your Taurus 24/7. I like Taurus guns, but you can't beat a GLOCK.

Congratulations! I'm a fan of the G19/G23 platform, even though I tend to carry the G26/G27 most often. All four are "ultimate" handguns.

I agree, if it simply comes down to price I'd search a bit longer, but to each his own. They do have a great selection and customer service. Good bunch of guys. Got a Beretta there I know I could probably find a lot cheaper, but they had the combo I was looking for and didn't have to get the display model.

How much did you have to add to the Taurus? I've got a 24/7 Pro with stainless slide.

Great gun, super choice.

Best start saving though, cause you are going to "need" a G26 or a G17 or both very soon.

Don't ask me why but odds are 87% that you will have an incredible desire to own at least one of the other 2 Glock 9's, if not both.
