I can't stress enough how important it is to learn from other people's mistakes (or good decisions) and this book has more real life scenarios than any other I've read.

Bird stresses the importance of carrying ready to defend your life at a milliseconds notice while making clear and concise judgments about sizing up your opponent and neutralizing the threat. In addition Bird goes through the importance of firearm selection, ammunition selection, heightened awareness and how to deal with the authorities should you need to defend yourself.

I give this book a 4 out of 5 and Highly Recommend it!!!

This is a decent read. I use excerpts (credited) from it in our HCP course.

If you can find it on Amazon (especially at a pre-owned price) I wouldn't have a problem recommending it.
