Applied 1/20 arrived 2/27 with the phone call at 30 days.

Glad to hear your permit arrived.

I applied on Jan 26. I called on Feb 23 and was told that my permit was still being processed.

Looks like I may have a couple more weeks to wait.

Not a hijack here, but I had a guy call me the other day. It seems his neighbor had bought some 9MM ammo at wal mart and it would not feed right, kept jamming on feeding. He had a 9x18 and asked for that ammo, walmart sold him standard 9MM and told him it would work just fine. Never look at walmart if you want something out of the norm. They have no clue about ammo or firearms.

I actually made the drive up to Springfield. Then I came straight back to G & L for the fingerprinting. Gave me a chance to window shop :-)
