I have the manual for the gun but I cant seem to get it apart.

One of the problems is that the cocking handle is stuck. It will not pull back.

I have removed the valve cap assembly but the gun does not come apart.

Any ideas

do you have the trigger assembly out of the gun, if the trigger has been pulled without the barrel on it you will have to remove the trigger assembly and then the bolt will pull back. the hammer could have went to far forward if the trigger was pulled like this. all you have to do is remove the lower pin above the trigger and pull down and back on the trigger guard and that should come out

Well come to find out, it was just real tight. It was my dads gun, and it hasnt been shot or cleaned in 30+ years. So it was just so tight it took two of us to get it apart and once I lubed everything and moved everything it now works GREAT.
