Smith and Wesson grip screw and escutcheon

I bought a set of grips for a Heavy Frame Target 22 that I never thought I'd find, but there is a grip screw and escutcheon missing. I bought a junk set of j frame grips from ebay only to find the screw is too big. I have earlier J and I frame grips that have the smaller, correct screw.

Would anyone have such a thing lying around, or know where I could find these items?
