Class III firearms for sale

I gotta ask, can one post class 3 guns for sale in the “firearms for sale” section of this forum?

could have sworn this came up a couple years back and a mod said it was ok, but the selling areas say no nfa items either.

I don’t understand as these are legal pre ‘86 fully transferable firearms.  They are a part of our American history.  Not trying to past on a MPK or MG42.

I don’t see why there would be an issue posting them up for sale.  They are legal to own and sell.   Email me details.  I love machine guns, if I don’t want them, I may know people who do.

There used to be an NFA section in the classifieds. Few but me seem to remember it.

I just figured David decided to save some space. I'd think anyone legally selling a class iii would put that in their ad anyway.

And with that I remember that discussion. The determination was that NFA items can be listed in the regular classifieds section, just label them clearly and hold to all NFA laws.

This was my intent.  Class III doesn't get sold much around here.
