It sounds to me like maybe a neighbor called in and said their neighbor has an RV that looks like the one all over the news and he’s a little weird. (I’m just guessing) Cops or Agents or whoever was sent there. Obviously there was no contact, because he was already dead. At some point the THP tied the VIN off the RV to his name. The TBI here and FBI at Quantico tied DNA from the remains to stuff at the house. We don’t know the timeline of any of that. It sounds like good fast Police work and a citizens paying attention to what was going on around them.

Clearly the color vid shows no missile smoke trail and it has 14 seconds of pre bomb time recorded. The B&W puts the trail at 6 seconds before the blast but possibly a slow mo clip.  So, more than likely a dubbed job.  But in this air born clip, look at the big hole in the red wall right above the lifted holes of the side walk. I can understand the RV damage zone but this hole/ side walk damage seems a bit strange.

I saw within the last few days that rumor, but it was dismissed because the explosive permit was to someone with the same name but different location. 
 

Was it to be confirmed to be one and the same? Perhaps a business or former address?

Yes. I think yesterday when his name was first dropped. Reddit I believe, maybe elsewhere. First I had heard about the permit, but someone was speculating or cautioning that it may not be the same person because the address was in a different city. I simply do not know.
