colt pocket 380

i am thinking about getting a 1908 colt pocket 380 it is nickel plated it is a tight little gun. how well do these guns perform and what would be a safe amount to put into it? i think it was made in 1937 but it is a nice tight little gun and i dont own a safe queen all of mine get trigger time, i am thinking about using it as a pocket gun. any oppinions are appreciated.

i have heard about the 380 ammo being hard to find but if you ever come through macon county the walmart here is stocked up on it i went by about a week ago they had about thirty boxes out on the shelf,and also had a crap load of 25 auto, but they were out of everything else for handguns.
