Texas AG going after CTD

I'm A-OK with CTD getting hammered if they were hoodwinking customers.  Businesses that use such practices as a function deserve what they get when caught.

If Texas considers ammunition an essential item during a declared state of emergency, that's their prerogative since it's not out of line with constitutional law.  It's certainly an interesting philosophical concept.  There are probably some questions about a Texas based retailer needing to follow that law with out of state sales, but I'd assume the AG's office is only focusing on in-state sales.

This may be the rare case where it's a disadvantage to have a business in Texas when it comes to maximizing profits.
