Great Customer Service

I'm kinda new here so please excuse me if this is posted in the wrong place. The other day I was in the Goodlettsville Gun Shop and noticed a Forend pistol grip I had been looking for for my Mossberg. I had heard that it wouldn't work on some of the Mossberg's, so i asked Phillip if he thought it would fit mine. He said bring in the shotgun and we will put it on for you. I did and as they were very busy I had to leave it overnight. When I went to pick it up the next morning, it was installed perfectly they only charged me for the cost of the item! He may not realize it, but that small act of good customer service has influenced me and at least one other close friend of mine to spend more money there instead of other gun stores. To me, and some other people, treating your customers right will pay off in the long run, with increased patronage. i just wanted to spread the word!

GLOCKMEISTER, what is your policy on people coming into your store that have a valid HCP? Just wondering. I live outside of Gallatin, TN. Would like to come in there the next time I am in the area. Do you have any of the Winchester SXT in 147 grain 9mm? Been looking for at least 2 more boxes. I have one now. Thank you, gearyr

no problem with folks coming in with a carry permit, heck I've been teaching the class for 16 years... I welcome it.

I however would appreciate them letting me know, and not to be playing show and tell with it. Accidents do happen...

Honestly the way ammo is selling right now I dont have any idea what I have on the shelf right now, call me in the morning and well see what I have.
