Done it. I hope everyone reads the answers carefully. It is kind is tricky at a glance the way it is worded. Surely they would not try to confuse people on this issue!? Call your friends and ask them VOTE!! We really need this after those two incidences in Memphis banged up our reputation in the last couple weeks.

Back up to 68%. We had lost a percentage point between musicman's vote and my vote. When he voted it was 66% and when I voted it was 65%. We gained 3% back but we can't let up. Man I want that new legislation to pass so bad. I don't get too tore up over things like this but we really need this stuff to pass.
