Does this guy not understand economics? Every single move he makes causes the dow to drop 300 points. That is the market speaking for itself. It just makes me so mad to sit and listen to some of the things he says. Before long its going to be the Socialist States of America. Just thought I would see what your guys opinions were on him. More or less I'm just venting about it, and my wifes tired of listening.

Problem is you don't think like a liberal. The market IS the enemy. They would like nothing more than for it to crash so that "they" can take advantage of the opportunity (as Rhambo said) to push socialism.:)

I watched this (reluctantly) and saw a arrogant man spewing the same talking points. At times he said the hard working American people were going to be seeing the rewards of the stimulus. I asked myself why there was no mention of the "non"-earmark for community organizations: aka code for ACORN. This guy said many great things and lied/deceived people with every word he spouted. I was truly sickened by his damn smile in such a difficult time in America.

No, he understands economics. He knows the DOW drops when he speaks, especially his doom and gloom. The worse the economy, the more people have to depend on unemployment and food stamps. People can't afford COBRA, so start supporting government health care. Voting in more government control over each aspect of their life will soon be the norm. For those who don't support it in any way, there is the downward spiral of compromise between the current right and left. If you let us do this, then we'll give you that. We talked about Socialism before the election. The larger gap between upper middle class and the poorest poor, with more middle class being forced into the poverty class. The republicans will start negotiating terms for themselves, so that they can keep their power in their bailiwicks, and money as well. They'll sign on to more and more government programs. They will be quislings. We'll wind up with a power class and their immediate hangers on, everyone needs applause, and the poor who are yoked to the government. Obama's program is metastasizing, and America knows it is sick, it just doesn't know how bad. The economists are the doctors, and are trying to diagnose and offer treatments, there seem to be too many quacks. The Federal Reserve lacks enough malpractice insurance. And I'm tired of the whole ordeal.
