Picked this up as used out of the classifieds up here a few weeks ago.

Wasn't used much , I can tell you that. Was waiting for about a year for one to pop up.

20" oct barrel, .357, case hardened. Short money too, considering the state of things.

Had a Braztech/ Rossi 92 a few years back but sold it. Twist rate for that was waaaaaaay off. Couldn't hammer out a load for what I was doing.

Okay. It takes me to NorthEast shooters.com and tell me I need to be logged in to do that.

I generally won’t click on a link to a picture because I don’t know where its going to take me. But when I saw .357; I had to risk it. 🙃 But… alas…no .357 love for me.

My go to rifle this season has been a Mossberg 30-30 with a 16 inch barrel and some type of brushed nickel/stainless  finish. Have a Nikon 1x4 scope mounted on it.

Davidsons made it a few years ago. Its light, accurate, and a breeze to get inside the blind or deer tower and carries like a dream.

Mossberg 464 Davidson's Exclusive 30-30 Stainless Steel 16" Barrel 41050 - Gunprime

Shot a nice buck last year (first with a 30-30). About 35 yard shot and it was a bang, flop, dead deer.

Also own a couple of Marlin 45-70's, 2 BLR's. Savage 99 in 300 Savage. Two Winchester 94's with one being a take down model. I really like the Winchester 1895 and in the past owned both a 30-06 and a .405. Both take down models. Used the .405 to shoot a huge bison about 6 years ago.

Yea, I don't know what the issue is.

The original pic is from a cellphone, maybe it translates different for a copy-and-paste. Or maybe its copying it from another website that causes it to go wonky. Copy of a copy of a copy.

My first Henry was a .22.  It was shortly followed by .357, .44 and 45-70 Henrys.
