Paw Paw Pancakes

Took the pawpaws about a week ago when they were still a little firm and finally got around to using them! They were a hit all around. Used this recipe:

LOL. I'm upstream from Oak Ridge on the Tennessee river. These shouldn't be affected by anything coming from the plant there. LOLOLOLOL!

I've got 10# in the fridge right now. I was gonna can them but apparently seals and rings are this years corona cure

I have a brother and sister in-law that are heavy into their own gardening and canning-I haven't heard if they are having difficulties finding them or not.

They're non-existent around here too. I have plenty of rings but the lids are nowhere to be found.  I found a few online but they wanted about $1 a piece for them.

Don't know if you still need them or not but our Walmart has had a few the last couple of times I've been in there.

Yeah I noticed the local hardware i frequent has them back in stock. I'm hoping to slaughter a hog next month and can ms. Piggy. Time to stock up.
