I have two upper receivers I no longer need. Both come with small parts and mil-spec charging handle is included in both.

1.  The first is a square forged upper receiver.  A few handling marks but overall in good shape. Has M4 feed ramps. 

$90 in Cool Springs area. Add $10 if you want it shipped.  Sold pending funds to follow me 

2.  Is a Double Star upper with a built in 1 inch riser. Comes complete and a Mil spec charging handle included as well.  Does not have M4 feed ramps.
